Here is some important information to help you prepare for your participation:

📅 Symposium Dates
Arrival: August 30, 2026 (Sunday)
Departure: September 5, 2026 (Saturday)
🏨 Accommodation
Your accommodation in a shared double room and half board (breakfast and dinner) will be fully covered by the organizers.
🚗 Travel Reimbursement
Travel expenses will be reimbursed up to €130 per person.
If you travel by car, reimbursement will be calculated based on the travel distance at €0.20 per kilometer, up to a maximum of €130.
If you travel by public transportation, reimbursement will be based on the receipts you submit, also up to a maximum of €130.
Please make sure to keep all relevant travel receipts if you are using public transportation.
